Tara O’Neill

Founder Tara O’Neill RN is a critical care nurse in Austin, TX at Brackenridge Hospital Trauma Center for 18 years. She has been teaching Yoga in Blanco since 1997. Tri YOGA certified yoga teacher and Yoga of the Heart certification program assistant to Nischala Joy Devi.

Tara brings her experience as a nurse to yoga, so that students can personalize their yoga experience. Classes include Heart Healthy yoga, Yoga for DIABETES, Free the Hips and Spine, Restorative Yoga, Tri Yoga Basics, and Tri Yoga Levels I, II, and III.

Sharon Parker Trahan
Sharon has been practicing yoga and meditation since she was inspired as a teenager by Paramahansa Yogananda and Baba Ram Dass. She has been an enthusiastic student of Kali Ray Tri Yoga since Tara O’Neill began teaching in 1997.

Sharon enjoys painting multi-national calligraphy cards and meditation flags. She finds daily yoga and meditation practice essential for enhancing all aspects of life & enjoys sharing this with her students.

Having assisted Tara by substitute teaching since 1998, she also has many hours of training with Tara, Kali Ray and senior Tri Yoga teachers, Theresa Shay & Medha. Certified in TriYoga Basics, Sharon has taught easy Tri Yoga classes to the elderly at the local nursing home, as well as Levels 1 & 2. Anyone is welcome to attend her Basic Tri Yoga classes, even the handicapped or people without previous experience. Emphasis is on being gentle and improving awareness with relaxation.

Stacia
 
Stacia is a certified Tri-yoga teacher. She began taking classes with her beloved teacher Tara O'Neill when she first opened Casa De Yoga. Stacia has studied with Tri-yoga founder Kali Ray and other Tri-yoga senior staff, in California, Louisiana and Texas. She has taught classes in Blanco and at other studios since 1999.

Stacia is also an accomplished jeweler. She has won the International Bibelot Competition with the Headley-Whitney Museum in Lexington, Kentucky, where her winning piece is displayed. She also has a love for music, writing songs and performing when possible.

Adrienne Larson

Adrienne moved to the Hill Country w/ her husband Andy in the Fall of 2005. She has been a Yoga practioner since 1983 and a Yoga teacher since 1994. She earned a BS in Biology and Chemistry from UT Dallas in 1982. Her classes at Dallas Yoga Center and Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas included Hatha Yoga, prenatal Yoga, and chair Yoga for seniors. She mixes several styles, an eclectic blend of Iyengar, Scaravelli, and Kundalini Yoga.

Adrienne received her 500 hour Professional Yoga Therapist certification from Integrative Yoga Therapy in November 2007. Her passion and training is to create Yoga-therapy for specific needs, either for special populations or individuals.

Also, she has been a massage therapisy since 1990, working at the Cooper Aerobics Center and Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas. Her modalities include Polarity Therapy (Certified APP), Lymphatic Drainage Therapy, Cranial-sacral, and Reiki. Her office in Blanco offers spa treatments, ionic foot baths, hot stone and chakra stone massage, and more.

Natalie Hain

Natalie Hain has a bachelor's degree in English and Philosophy from Alverno COllege in Milwaukee, WI. With a desire to serve her community Natalie moved to Denver, CO where she had the profound experience of being an AmeriCorps member. After the year of service ended Natalie moved to Blanco, TX with her husband, Doug. Natalie is a certified Bradley teacher, Assistant Director of the Uptown Blanco Art Center, practicing yoga student, yoga instructor and the mother of two boys, Simon and Sol.

The Casa de Yoga Center is conveniently located in Blanco, Texas which is in the heart of the Texas Hill Country between San Antonio and Austin. Offering daily yoga classes, Tai Chi, and massage.
