Theresa from Pennsylvania was visiting with family in North Austin for Christmas and visited Casa de Yoga on December 29, 2008 for a special yoga session. Theresa regularly comes to Blanco to present Tri Yoga special sessions.

Theresa has a masters degree in Education from Harvard. She is devoted to teaching Tri Yoga to the Penn State College communitiy in Pennsylvania. It is always a pleasure to host her at Casa de Yoga. Theresa is a living example of the beauty and Flow of Yoga. She is radiant.
