 Texas Yoga Retreat 2011
Casa de Yoga's TRI YOGA and KID YOGA~The New Frontier classes were held at the Texas Yoga Retreat at Barsana Dham Hindu Temple. The annual October retreat has yoga teacher training plus beginner to advanced classes on yoga asanas, breathing, nutrition and methodology. Tara and 9 year old daughter, Shanon, presented Kid Yoga~The New Frontier to an eager group of yoga students preparing for final certification with Living Yoga Program. |

Summer 2011 Yellow Submarine Kid Yoga Program
Kid yoga in Blanco met once a week during the summer at Casa de Yoga for 30-40 minutes of fabulous kid yoga games and story telling through yoga postures. We then proceeded to the beautiful Stonewall public pool at the LBJ Ranch for the Yellow Submarine component. Yoga swim, poolside yoga under the trees and snacks made every Wednesday fun. |

All kid participants contributed to the Star Wars Yoga Book that was created for each student....featuring Their name and pic on the front cover and title! Favorite yoga games include "Pass the Universe" and "Hokey Pokey - Sun Saluation" There will be plenty more special Kid Yoga classes to look forward to~! |

Theresa from Pennsylvania was visiting with family in North Austin for Christmas and visited Casa de Yoga in December 2008 for a special yoga session. Theresa regularly comes to Blanco to present Tri Yoga special sessions. |

Dawna Su Maria from Hawaii has visited Blanco on multiple occassions. She is an eclectic clairvoyant. She is loved by many and quite charismatic! She always has a group gathering followed by personal appointments. She is an absolute pleasure. |
