These photos are from Oct 2006 for BASICS TRI YOGA teacher training with Medha. Medha is a retired high school teacher from Tennessee.  She is a Tri Yoga Senior Staff teacher.  She was wonderful.  She brought her "No Nonsense" approach to the Tri Yoga flows and made it practical and successful for everyone.  We plan to have Medha back to Blanco, Texas soon!
