8 Kid Yoga Sessions
Starting Monday May 31, 2010 Memorial Day 9:30 am - 11 am
Kid yoga will run for a full 6 weeks and will continue through July 5th 2010
Extended class time will be offered that include a healthy lunch for an additional donation to cover food expenses.

Finally a program for kids that teaches gentle exercises to energize relax, concentrate, and just deal with it.
Each class will cover: anatomy, yoga terminology, hand mudras, special needs situations, postures and breathing techniques.
Anatomy: Lungs, Brain, Heart, Stomach digestion, Spine, and Muscles.
Yoga Terminology: Prana, Mudra, Namaste', Kriya, Asana, OM,
Hand Mudras: Om mudra, Flowing Om, Prayer, Lotus and Flowing Lotus, Earth mudra, Hand to Foot mudra, Lakshmi mudra and Yoga seal mudra.
Special Needs Situations: Hyper, Tired, Sad,Tummy ache, nervous and growing pains.
Postures: Hips and Shoulders, Balancing postures, Back Bends, Forward Bends, Twists and Standing postures.
Breathing Techniques: Complete Breath, Natural Breath, Fire Breath, Alternate Nostril Breathing, Victory Breath, Lion's Breath

| Snacks will be 2-3 of the following items: pickles, fruit juice, fig newtons, yogurt, fresh fruit, fruit roll ups, whole grain cookies, deviled egg, suggestions welcome. Allergies?
