| Tara O’Neill | |||||
Tara O’Neill has been a student of Kali Ray Tri Yoga since 1991. She teaches Basics, Level 1,2 and 3 Tri Yoga in Blanco, Texas where she and her two daughters live next to the Blanco State Park and Blanco River.
Tara ’s work as an R.N. for 19 years in adult critical care, has inspired her to study with Nischala Joy Devi and the yoga research done with Dr. Dean Ornish in the Reversal for Heart Disease Program. In addition, Tara has assisted Nischala in numerous Yoga of Heart Teacher Trainings and conferences. Tara’s yoga teaching certifications in Kali Ray Tri Yoga and Yoga of the Heart comprise what she calls the best "tried and true" methods, utilizing the proven effectiveness of the Tri Yoga Flows and the documented research of the relaxation and meditation. | Nischala Joy Devi | |||||
| Nischala Joy Devi is an internationally known yoga teacher. During her 18 years as a monk, she developed a specialization in body and mind healing and stress management.
She is the co-founder or the Commonweal Cancer Help Program. Nischala was the director of the Stress Management and primary trainer for the hospital based version of Dr. Dean Ornish’s Program for Reversing Heart Disease. Many of the Casa de Yoga classes are Tri Yoga Classes. Kali Ray Tri Yoga is a hatha yoga method that combines flowing (Kriya) and sustained postures (Asana), in union with the rhythmic breath Pranayama), and focused mind (Mudra).

| Shanon Marie O’Neill | |||||
Tara’s daughter, Shanon, is six years old and in Kindergarten this school year 2008-2009. She has assisted teaching Kid Yoga Bear Club with her mother in Spring 2007. Shanon lived in El Salvador Central America with her mother, Tara, and her sister, Antonia, last year for 6 months, while waiting for the final documentation of her adopted sister, Antonia. Shanon speaks English and Spanish. She also plays piano and soccer. Shanon is a great big sister and has a warm generous heart. |

| Michel Antonia O’Neill | |||||
Antonia was born in Izalco, El Salvador Central America. She lived at the Immaculate Heart of Maria orphanage. Antonia now lives with her new family in Blanco, Texas with her mother, Tara, and her sister, Shanon. Antonia has been in Blanco since June 6, 2008. She is adjusting quickly. She is learning English and has many new friends. Some of her favorite things to do are swinging, swimming and playing with her sister, Shanon. |
