She has been an enthusiastic student of Kali Ray Tri yoga since Tara O'Neill began teaching in 1997. Sharon and her husband, Harvey, run a successful lanscape lighting business in the central Texas area. They also practice Reiki and a unique form of Shiatsu bodywork. Sharon paints multi-national calligraphy meditations for peace on hemp canvas and organic cotton shirts. Having a daily yoga and meditation practice is an essential catalyst for peace.
